Our Church Debt Reduction
Elk Creek wants to be aggressive about paying down our debt which mean retiring church bonds. We want to be faithful by making our payment of $9,500 each month. Also every April and October we plan on retiring additional bonds.
We have an “UNREASONABLE EXPECTATION” as a church to be debt free in 5-7 years because anything is possible with God!
Online Giving Terms & Conditions
1. By donating online, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Elk Creek Church accepts online donations with a credit or debit card through a secure portal.
3. TAX DEDUCTIONS. All donations to Elk Creek Church general fund qualify as tax deductible Charitable Contributions. Elk Creek Church will send you a giving statement at the end of the year for your tax purposes.
4. TRANSACTION CURRENCY. All amounts on the website default to US Dollar ($).
5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION. Once a donation is completed, the transaction is deemed final and indisputable, except under the following circumstances:
-Unauthorized or fraudulent use of a donor’s credit card is proven, per the guidelines of his or her credit card company. In case of lost or stolen credit card, donors must notify their credit card company and comply with its reporting procedure.
-The Local Church’s websites and/or online donation system inadvertently does/causes something that will necessitate a refund.
6. In such an event, you must notify Elk Creek Church via email (info@elkcreekchurch.com) or phone (208-634-1938) and request a refund within ten (10) working days from the date on which you made the donation.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Elk Creek Church reserves the right to modify or replace any of these terms and conditions at any time, and any change shall be effective once posted on the website.
